A compact kitchen with all the essentials: dishwasher, fridge, stove, and extractor hood. The countertop is handmade concrete with an integrated sink, combined with an oak section of wide, robust planks. Steel frames with oak shelves feature dimmable LED lighting.

The floor is made of 60x60 cm bamboo tiles that continue into the unusually shaped hallway, bordered by a 10 cm bamboo strip perpendicular to the grain of the tiles. Large slate tiles are used in the kitchen.

Additionally, a black powder-coated steel staircase with oak treads leads to the sleeping loft, including a built-in cupboard for the underfloor heating manifold and a small oak bathroom cabinet.
