After fifteen years, I was asked to improve the apartment again. An existing sliding window was converted into a door leading to the garden, without altering the historic appearance. The other windows were fitted with brush seals and compression springs to improve operation and draught-proofing.

The bathroom was upgraded with a new vanity unit, marble shelf, and walnut details. Additionally, powder-coated steel skirting boards were installed, and a mirror with dimmable LED lighting was added.

Furthermore, a small staircase and a steel frame for a piece of artwork by the client were created.
