On the attic floor, two children's rooms were created, each with a desk and a lounge bench that also serves as a drawer unit.

The landing features extensive storage cabinets and a washing and drying area, with the machines neatly concealed behind sliding doors.

The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin cabinet and a walnut drawer unit under the sloped roof, finished with waterproof plaster. Everything is fully custom-designed.
