On the first floor, a study room was created in the original style of the building. Above the desk, spacious storage cabinets were installed, and the desk itself is completely wall-mounted.

A dimmable LED strip is subtly concealed behind the upper cabinets.

To reduce noise from the living room, a sound-insulating layer (Fermacell with felt) was added, after which a new oak floor was glued down and all skirting boards and trim blocks were renewed.
